Our World

We are multi cultured and have combined two completely different worlds. Even though it’s not always easy, we love it!

We are a traditional yet a modern family, we respect people and animals and we do ask for the same in return.

Charlie a 100% Goan, who loves fish-curry-rice and would die for his home-state. He owns a small but unique travel agency in Margao and started his career with the love for history and travel as a Guide of the Government of India. His heart still beats for this profession and whenever time allows, he will passionately accompany his guests here in Goa. He is a multitalented person and an amazing BBQ Chef. He loves to talk about this and that, but mostly about issues in and around Goa.

Nicole half German, half Slovenian who was born and grew up in Switzerland has settled since many years in Goa and loves any good food from any country and calls herself a child of the world. She takes care of this small but cute homestay and exchanged the normal office working hours as a young woman with the love of visiting, experiencing and so working with and around different cultures. She loves to be a mother, yoga and swimming to calm down (if everything is going crazy again…), deep conversations, kind people and life.

The centre of our life though, our kids. For our guests, they are always little funny angels (behind closed doors they do turn sometimes in little devils too…)

Our dog Shanti, our two cats Softy and Midnight complete our family.

The Rooms

Ruk Room or Tree Room is kept green in color. It’s nearer to our main house and loved by our regular guests. The sun is getting into the room and gives it a happy approach. The Ruk Room has a back porch facing the green fields for you to sit, relax and sip your coffee.
The room offers a Queen size Bed, A/C, Fan, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee maker, Safe, Wifi, WC/Hot shower.

Kup Room or Cloud Room is kept blue in colour. It’s a little more shady then the other room and gives a calm approach. The Kup Room has a back porch facing the green fields for you to sit and relax .The room offers a Queen size Bed, A/C, Fan, Refrigerator, Tea/Coffee maker, Safe, Wifi, WC/Hot shower.

Breakfast with us

We like to start the day with our guests together whenever possible….our breakfasts are made by Nicole with love and according to your preferences. Veg or non veg, local or continental, healthy and sometimes with products from our garden…. we make sure your days starts well…
